2. Refunds

• Refunds will only be processed if the issue is genuine, such as:
  • Damaged or melted product on delivery
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Order not delivered
• Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
• After this period, cancellations may not be possible due to the preparation and delivery timeline.
